Work Items

On this screen you complete a work item checklist. Checklist template types can include:

• maintenance items

• task lists

• scheduled inspections.

Tap to select a checklist template.

The checklist has a Yes, No, N/A questions type.

Checklist Status

Yet to Start - Grey bar: Checklist is closed either without completing a question, or the checklist is partially completed (in progress).

In Progress - Green bar: One or more questions have been answered.

	Tap either icon to open a summary of the checklist questions.
	Notification checklists.
	Add extra notes.
	Clear your answer to the question.
	Question information.
	Show the questions as individual cards.

Badges

The red badge counter is the number of checklist templates that have not yet been completed. The green badge counter is the number of unique templates that have been completed. Completing the same template does not affect the counts, nor does a new version of the template.
