Planning grid
The grid has a set of default columns which are displayed, however, you can select which columns you would like to view. When you exit planning by clicking Save, the columns you selected are saved so that when you return, the same columns will be displayed automatically.
Navigate to Daily Planning > Planning.
Grids are searchable, allowing you to, depending on the column information, search based on:
- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins With
- Ends With
- Contains
- Greater Than (for dates and numbers)
- Greater Than or Equal To (for dates and numbers)
- Less Than (for dates and numbers)
- Less Than or Equal To (for dates and numbers)
- (Empty)
- (Not Empty)
- Clear – option to remove the search criteria

Notes
- Additional fields can be displayed as column headings adjusting Display Fields, which is an option in the Additional Filters section of the Grid.
- For Advanced Planning equipment, the Event Start field should be included in the Grid.

Double-click a work order to open it. If a work order is part of a planned event (that is, it has been scheduled) then it will open the event first. The event will show all work orders and you can open the work order from there.
Business Rules for Operational Criticality, Risk Override and Risk Rating (optional fields)

If a work order is created from a strategy task, the default value for Operational Criticality is inherited from the source strategy task. The inherited value is read-only until the work order is saved.

If a work order is created from a strategy task, the default value for Risk Override is inherited from the source strategy task. The inherited value is read-only until the work order is saved.

Risk Override is disabled for new work orders until the work order has been saved.

Operational Criticality and Risk Override can only be updated for work orders with a status of Outstanding, Yet to Start or Deferred.
