Budget Status

This system table is used to validate entries in the Edit Status field in Budget header with columns for Code, Description, Default Record, Editable, Next Available Status and Read Only.

A status code cannot be both editable and locked. If the Editable check box is not selected, this defines the item as Locked.

Users cannot use the system table to add or delete states: The user interface can only be used to edit the Editable status and the Next Available Status.

Changes to this system table are audited and logged.
