No Recent Usage Readings

The No Recent Usage Readings Insight identifies equipment for which no usage reading has been recorded within an acceptable tolerance period. Usage readings (such as engine hours or kilometres) are a critical input for usage-based maintenance strategies, forecasting and cost projection. When these readings are missing or significantly overdue, the system cannot reliably determine asset utilisation, maintenance timing, or future cost exposure.

This Insight highlights equipment where the number of days since the last recorded usage reading exceeds a defined tolerance. It also quantifies the maintenance cost incurred since the last reading , providing context on the operational and financial risk associated with missing or outdated usage data.
