Add and remove nodes

Nodes can be added, moved and removed from new and existing roads. There are three different types of nodes.

Type of Node		Description
Termination		Shown at sources or destinations. Highlighted yellow.
Intersection		Shown at intersections. Highlighted blue.
Waypoint		Shows checkpoints on the haul route. Highlighted grey.

Add a node to a road

1. Click Roads on the ribbon, then click Add Node.
   
2. Double-click on the road at the point where the node is to be added.
   

After the node has been added, the properties display in the Properties panel.

Move a node

1. Select the node to be moved.
2. Click Roads > Move Node.
   
3. Select the node to be moved.
   
4. Drag the node to the desired location and release.
   

Remove a node

1. Select the node to be removed, and press Delete on the keyboard.
2. Click Roads > Remove, and double-click the node to be removed.
