Wherever possible RPM will identify the specific third party software that is provided to you with an RPM product together with the terms and conditions governing your use of that third party software, in the RPM Software License and Maintenance Agreement Product Schedule accompanying your initial purchase of a license to use the relevant RPM software product and/or through the “click-thru” version of the applicable RPM Software License and Maintenance Agreement – Terms and Conditions that are accepted by you prior to your installation and use of the RPM software product.

You agree to use the third party software solely in furtherance of your use of the RPM software products and otherwise in accordance with those disclosed terms and conditions.
