Field

Description

Activity

This is the activity number and name associated with the schedule step.

Actual Pct / Delay

For a database record, this is the actual percentage that was scheduled in the step. This may be less than or equal to the entered percent.
For a delay, such as an in path delay or a roster exception, this is the actual delay duration in days, hours and minutes.

Actual Prod. Rate

The actual production rate is a number that is calculated by XPAC. The availability, utilisation and period delays are all delays which cannot be fixed in time. Consequently, XPAC distributes them evenly through the time period by de-rating the entered production rate. This de-rated production rate is called the actual production rate.

Actual Quantity

This is the quantity of the scheduling data field associated with the current step. The units of this quantity may vary depending on the associated activity. For example, a loader scheduling both coal and waste may report the actual quantity for coal activities in tonnes and the actual quantity for waste activities in cubic metres.

Calendar Time

The calendar time is the total elapsed time between the start and finish dates for the current schedule step.

Destination

This field is not currently available.

Entered Pct / Delay

The entered percent for a database record is the percentage that was entered in the input path. Similarly, the entered delay for a non-productive step is the delay duration that was requested in the input path. The entered percent or delay may be greater than or equal to the actual percent or delay.

Entered Prod. Rate

For Standard Production Resources, this is the production rate that is entered under Production Rates in the tree structure. For Standard Target Resources, the entered production rate is the target divided by the operating hours. For a resource that can schedule more than one activity, it is the production rate for the activity that is associated with the current step.

Finish Date

The finish date contains the full date and time, down to the nearest minute, at which the current step was completed.

Input Step

The input step corresponds to the steps in the input path. A single step in an input path may be represented by multiple steps in the Output Path, due to delay interruptions, end of period markers, time slicing, etc. Consequently, the same input step may be repeated a number of times in the Output Path.
This is the step number for the current record or delay from the input path.

No. of Items

The number of items is the fleet size for the resource.

Operating Time

The operating time is the number of operating hours between the start and finish dates for the step. For non-operating delays, the operating time will be zero. For operating delays and productive steps the operating time is defined by the roster, roster exceptions and period delays.

Path ID

Each output path is given a number which is called the Path ID.

Period

This is the period number in which the step was scheduled. The time periods are numbered from the first lowest level record in the calendar, so the first time period in the schedule will not necessarily be one.

Progress

The progress is a percentage which indicates how far through the time period the step finishes. The last step in each time period should always have 100% for the progress. The progress is calculated using the calendar time for each step.

Released Act

The released activity is the activity number that is released by the current step. Generally, activity n will release activity n+1. If activity n+1 is missing in a particular record, then activity n may release activity n+2.

Released Pct

The released percent is the percentage of the released activity that is released for scheduling as a result of the current step.

Remaining Pct

The remaining percent is the percentage of the current activity that is remaining after the current step has been scheduled. It will take into account any other resources which may have schedule some or all of the current record for this activity.

Scheduling Task

The scheduling task contains the record path name for productive steps. For non-productive steps it will contain a description of the delay, for example Roster Exception or In Path Delay. This column is also used to display the end of period and end of schedule markers.

Start Date

The start date contains the full date and time, down to the nearest minute, at which the current step began.

Step Number

Each line in the output path is given a sequential step number, including all step types.

Step Type

For database records, the step type is Productive Step. For delays, such as roster exceptions and in path delays, the step type is Non Productive Step. For end of period markers, the step type is End of Period and for end of schedule markers, the step type is End of Schedule.

Working Time

The working time is operating time which is productive. All non-productive steps will have zero working time. for productive steps, the working time will be equal to the operating time.
