Failure Mode Assessment (FMA)

Actions resulting from the FMA.

 

The failure mode assessment shows the details of the interpretation of the measurements (there could be many measurements for that failure mode assessment). You can update the review status (Not Reviewed, Reviewed, Closed) and enter review comments.

You can access the failure mode assessment from the AMT home screen by doing the following.

1. In the middle panel, click the arrow beside Notifications.
2. Right-click on the grid and select Edit Failure Mode Assessment.

You can also access the failure mode assessment from the Long-Term Planning function. The long-term planning function shows the status of the component and the trending of the failure mode assessment and measurements.

The Fleet Condition function presents a graphical view of the status of the fleet and components.
