There are facilities available in the Mined Out Quantities window for checking the records that are in the list and for removing any errors. These facilities scan each of the records in the list to check whether any of the activity precedence rules are violated. The activity precedence rules are set in the Productive Activities window.

For example, there may be a precedence rule which says that activity X is a precedence for activity Y. This means that the percentage of activity Y that is released cannot exceed the percentage of activity X that is mined. These are the rules that are checked for each record in the mined out quantities.

From anywhere within the Mined Out Quantities window open the right click menu and select either Check Entries or Remove Errors.

Check entries

If there are no errors in the mined out quantities, then this option will display a message saying "No Errors Found".

If errors are encountered then this option will display an error report, such as that shown below.

Remove errors

This option will identify the records in which there are errors and it will remove the error. The following corrections are carried out:
