You can set the width of a column to a specific size using:
| • | the Column Width window; or |
| • | your mouse. |
|
To display the the Column Width window (while in design mode), select Format > Column Width. |
The table below describes the options available in the Column Width window:

Lets you specify the width for the currently selected column/s, for example, 10. Note: You can specify the units using the Units drop-down list. |

Lets you set the width for the currently selected column/s to the default value. |

Lets you select which unit of measurement you want to use for the column width. Select either:
