Database data fields

In the mine status report you are able to display data field values for each of the main database records in the report. These data field values are displayed to the right of the record names, in columns. The data field values may represent the original, remaining, mined or inventory values for that data field.

The data fields are selected in the lower half of the mine status report template. There is no limit to the number of data fields that can be displayed.

Data Field Selection

Any data field in the main database can be selected for inclusion in the report. Click in the description column, on the next available line, and the full list of main database data fields will be displayed. Click on the required data field to select it.

Type Selection

The type must be set for each data field using the drop down list. The data field type may be one of the following:

Original

The original value for the data field is the value that is stored in the main database. This represents 100% of the record.

Remaining

The remaining value will depend on the field type for the associated data field. If the field type is additive, then the remaining value will be the original value minus the mined value. If the field type is weight average or average, then the remaining value will be the same as the original value.

Mined

The mined value will also depend on the field type for the associated data field. If the field type is additive, then the mined value will be the original value times the total percentage scheduled for the associated activity, up to the Status Calculation Point. If the field type is weight average or average, then the mined value will be the same as the original value.

Inventory

The inventory value will depend on the field type for the associated data field as well as the percentage scheduled for the previous active activity. If the field type is additive, then the inventory value will be the percentage scheduled for the previous active activity minus the percentage scheduled for the associated activity, at the Status Calculation Point, times the original value. If the field type is weight average or average, then the inventory value will be the same as the original value.
