In the mine status report template, the database range is used to control which records are displayed in the report. There are three tick boxes in the mine status report template that are used to further control the display of database records. These are

Completely Unmined Records
Completely Mined Out Records
Partially Mined Records.

Include Unmined Records

Unmined records are those records that have not been scheduled at all at the Status Calculation Point. This includes any activity present in the record after the initial mine status percentages have been set. The activity should also be active in the current schedule.

When this box is ticked these records are included in the mine status report. When this box is not ticked these records are not included in the mine status report.

Include Mined Out Records

Mined Out records are those records that have been completely scheduled at the Status Calculation Point. This includes all activities in the record that are active in the current schedule.

When this box is ticked these records are included in the mine status report. When this box is not ticked these records are not included in the mine status report.
