The Scenario toolbar lets you control which records display in the data sheet:
The Scenario drop-down list lets you select either:
| • | to display the original data values for all records in each section of the main database (i.e. deposit, stockpiles, dumps). The period drop-down list automatically displays < Original Data > and will be unavailable. |
| • | a specific scenario in your project to only display stockpiles and dumps in the structure tree and data sheet that have been activated for that scenario. You can then select a period that you want to view. Select either: |
| ▪ | < Original Data > to display the original data values for all records in each section of the main database (i.e. deposit, stockpiles, dumps). XPAC only displays stockpiles and dumps attached to the selected scenario. |
| ▪ | a specific period. If you select the active scenario, time periods that was last scheduled are available from the period drop-down list. Selecting a specific period displays the field values for the deposit, stockpiles and dumps as at the end of that period. However, if you select a scenario that is not set as the active scenario, no time periods are display in the drop-down list. |

| • | XPAC only displays stockpiles and dumps attached to the specified scenario. |
| • | data fields have an activity of zero. As such, their values will not change as the dump is filled. |
