Starting angle rotation

The charting utility provides a method for specifying the starting point on a circle at which drawing begins for pie, doughnut, polar and radar charts. This is known as starting angle rotation. Valid values are between -360 and 360. Values can be measured in degrees, radians or grade.

The following illustration demonstrates a starting angle of 0 and 90 degrees.
