It contains details on how to write an XCM, the various ways in which XCMs can be run, how to structure your XCMs and comprehensive notes on all of the XCM functions and subroutines that are available. Access the XCM Programming Guide by selecting Help > XCM Programming.

If you want to browse the full list of XPAC functions, or check the arguments required for a particular function, then you may find the XCM Quick Reference Cards useful.
