Work

Displays a list of AMT-scheduled work order operations covering planned, corrective and any emergency work. Work Order data is only retrieved when a different user logs into the current profile.

Work orders are displayed in the following sort order:

  • Emergency work

  • Actual Start Date

  • Planned Start Date

  • Priority

  • Status

  • Work Order Number

  • Work Order Operation Number

Outstanding work orders are red. The coloured bar on the left indicates the status of the work order, and the coloured circle on the right indicates the work priority.

You can filter the information on this screen in various ways, for example Emergency Work, Assigned To Me, My Work Group, Planned Work - Today, Exclude Completed Work. Set/Edit Custom Filters gives more filtering options such as by Assets, Branches, Employees, Operation Status and so on. You can also start a new emergency work checklist, and open, add and view Notification Checklists.

On the Work Order Detail screen you can see all Assigned Resources associated with each work order operation displayed as an orange hyperlink, which takes you to the Assigned Resources screen.

The following icons display at the bottom of the card:

People, indicating the number of resources required to complete the task. This also displays on the work Detail screen as a Planned Resources field.

Parts, indicating the number of planned or actual part items required to complete the task. This information is sourced from the ERP, and displays the number of lines held on the ERP record for that operation.

Documents, indicating the number of documents attached to the work order.

Safety, displays if it is an emergency work item.

Tap a work order operation to open the Detail screen. Once on the Detail screen you can Start the Job, and go to the following screens:
