The Fast Graph function lets you quickly plot database data. Fast Graph is a bar graph with all data fields plotted against the left Y axis. If you want to customise your graph and save the settings for future use, then it may be better to use the Business Graphics function.
| 1. | Open the Main database. Either: |
| a. | Click on the Tools toolbar; or |
| 2. | Select the value cells that you want to include in the graph from the data sheet. |

If you select specific cells containing data, the resulting graph will contain only the selected database records and data fields. However, if you select a row of data, the resulting graph will contain database records currently displayed in the data sheet. You can plot more than one data field however, they must be consecutive.

Settings
If required, you can change the graph settings, for example, the chart type, the legend position and colours used in the graph.

| 3. | Change the graph options as required. |
XPAC updates the graph according to the options that you selected.
