The Fast Graph function lets you quickly plot database data. Fast Graph is a bar graph with all data fields plotted against the left Y axis. If you want to customise your graph and save the settings for future use, then it may be better to use the Business Graphics function.
1. | Open the Main database. Either: |
a. | Click on the Tools toolbar; or |
2. | Select the value cells that you want to include in the graph from the data sheet. |

If you select specific cells containing data, the resulting graph will contain only the selected database records and data fields. However, if you select a row of data, the resulting graph will contain database records currently displayed in the data sheet. You can plot more than one data field however, they must be consecutive.

4. | If required, right-click the graph and select a menu option, for example, , , , etc. |
Settings
If required, you can change the graph settings, for example, the chart type, the legend position and colours used in the graph.

2. | Select an item in the tree that you want to change, for example, . Tabs relevant to the selected item display. |
3. | Change the graph options as required. |
XPAC updates the graph according to the options that you selected.
