If you are viewing a lot of records or a lot of data fields in the data sheet, then you may want to freeze specific rows or columns. The frozen rows and columns will remain fixed on the top and left of the screen respectively, regardless of how far you move your cursor to the right or down the page.

The record names will always be frozen, whether they are at the top or down the left of the data sheet. |
To freeze a number of rows or columns, highlight them and then select Window from the application menu and then select Freeze Rows or Freeze Columns, as appropriate. It is not possible to freeze both rows and columns at the same time.
To unfreeze the frozen rows or columns, select Window from the application menu and then select UnFreeze Rows or Unfreeze Columns.
