Each Data Field Display can be formatted in a particular way and the format settings are saved with the Data Field Display. To format the data sheet you should select the required data field display and then click Format Mode on the toolbar.
The formatting options include the following:
| • | Vertical and horizontal alignment. |
| • | Font type, style, size and colour. |
| • | Border style and colour. |
| • | Fill colour and patterns. |
| • | Number format including customised formats. |
