It is possible to display a Totals Column on the far right of the data sheet. The Totals Column will contain the sum of all of the other records displayed in the data sheet.
• | To add a Totals Column, select Edit > Display Total Column from the application menu or press Ctrl+T. |
• | The same menu options are used to remove the Totals Column. |
Note that if you select a level name in the Level Tree to display all records at that level, XPAC will not display the Totals Column. XPAC will display the Totals Column again, after you select a record in the Structure Tree.
If any of the lowest level data is changed, the Totals Column may need to be recalculated and it will be marked in the same way as upper level records.
