It is possible to import and export all Rosters in your project from the All Items tab and from any resource on the Scenario tab. It is not possible to import or export individual Rosters.

Export

To export all Rosters in your project, go to the Scenario tab and click on Roster in the tree structure. This can be under any resource in any scenario. Select Export Rosters from the right click menu and you will be asked for a filename for the export file. This can also be done from the All Items tab.

The export file can then be imported into other XPAC7 projects.

Import

Note that all existing Rosters will be deleted when you import Rosters.

To import all Rosters from a file into your project, go to the Scenario tab and click on Roster in the tree structure. This can be under any resource in any scenario. Select Import Rosters from the right click menu and you will be asked for the import filename. This can also be done from the All Items tab.

All of the imported Rosters will now be displayed in the Roster list.
