Database Ranges are used to specify which records in a database are to be processed by an operation. Separate database ranges are available in the main, calendar and results databases. Operations which make use of database ranges include:
| • | viewing data in the database or schedule |
| • | printing data from the database or schedule |
| • | graphing data from the database or schedule |
| • | exporting data from the database or schedule |
| • | running XCMs over the database. |
Within a database range, any records can be included/excluded without modifying the database record structure. The database structure is the master copy of all the records and database ranges are a window into certain areas of this 'master' structure. You can set up as many different database ranges as you like in each database (main, calendar and results).
