A user defined database legend lets you specify your own database legend to use in the spatial data plot.

1.Select User Defined Database Legend from the drop-down list. Options to define a custom legend display.
2.Complete the settings as required (see table below).

The table below describes the settings that you can use to set up your own legend:

Legend Title

Type a name for the legend to be used when printing the legend.

Specify the database field. Either:

select a database field from the drop-down list; or
type an expression.

Use Separate Destination Expression

Select this check box to use a separate field or expression to shade destination records.

Label

Type a label for each increment that you want to include.

Type the minimum value for the increment.
