You can create as many calendar databases as required in an XPAC project. For example, you may want to create a Yearly calendar and a Quarterly calender.
To create a new calendar database, click New. You will then be asked to provide a number of calendar database properties, as listed below:
A calendar wizard is also available to help you create the structure of your calendar database.

To view and manage the calendar databases in your current project, select View > Manage Calendar Databases. |
To create a new calendar database:
| 1. | Either: |
| a. | Click the Active Calendar Database drop-down list on the Tools toolbar and select Calendars; or |
| b. | Select View > Manage Calendar Databases. |
| 2. | In the Calendar window, click New. The Database Name page displays. |
| 3. | Type a name for the calendar, for example, Monthly. |
| 4. | Click Next. The Levels page displays. |
| 5. | Complete the Levels page (see Levels for more information). |
