You can create dependency rules directly from spatial data plots that display in the 3D Scene.

1.View an existing spatial data plot.
2.Click Edit Dependencies on the 3D Graphics toolbar.
3.If required, click Show Dependency Rule View to display the view in the Spatial Data Plot window.
4.If required, set the following values from each drop-down list in the view:
Scenario
View Rule Set
Edit Rule Set
Profile
Successor Act
Predecessor Act.
5.Create the dependency/ies. In the 3D Scene:
a.Select the block that you want to make the successor.
b.Set the dependency that you want to create. Either:
i.Press and hold Shift to create an OR (alternative) dependency; or
ii.Press and hold Ctrl to create an AND dependency.
c.Select block/s that you want to make the predecessor/s.
d.While holding Shift or Ctrl, select the successor block again.

XPAC adds the dependency to the Dependency Rule View data sheet. See Displaying OR dependencies for more information.
