The Ranges toolbar lets you select a database range that you can use to filter data that displays in the data sheet:
Click Ranges to create or edit database ranges (see Range Selection window for more information), or select a range from the drop-down list.

Each range that you create applies to a specific database. As such, the list of ranges that display in the drop-down list depends on the database that you are currently viewing. |
