The Database Range is used to control which records can be displayed in the data sheet. It does not control the level at which the records are displayed.
| • | To select an existing Database Range, click the drop down list to the right of the button on the toolbar. |

Many different records from within the selected Database Range can be viewed in the data sheet.
| • | To view a specific record, open the structure tree and select that record. The selected record and all of its siblings under the will be displayed in the data sheet. |
| • | To display of the records at a certain level, regardless of their parent record, select that level name in the level tree. |
