Schedule setup data can be edited from either the All Items tab or the Scenarios tab. On the All Items tab the schedule data is contained in a tree structure, which is categorised by template type. The template types listed in the All Items tree structure are as follows:

All Calendars
Productive Activities
Non Productive Activities
Dependency Rule Sets
Roster
Roster exceptions
Period delays
Preschedule
Setting up stockpiles
Setting up dumps
Resource
Input Path
Dump Paths
Activity Mapping.

When you click on one of the template types in the tree, all templates that have been created for that type will be listed on the right pane of the window. This includes templates from all of the scenarios and templates which are not being used by any scenario.

To display the template names in the tree structure on the left pane of the window, click on the plus sign to the left of the template type. You are then able to click on any template name to display the contents of that template on the right pane of the window.

From the All Items tab you are able to create New templates and you can also Edit, Delete and Rename existing templates. Note that there is only one Productive Activities and one Non Productive Activities item in the tree structure. These are both used for all schedule scenarios, so you cannot have multiple templates for them.

New

You can create new templates from the All Items tab.

To create a new template:

1.Click the template type folder that you want to create in the All Items tab, for example, Period Delays. If available, templates in that category display in the right pane.

Information

If you are creating a calendar template, note that you are actually creating a new calendar database. As such, when you click New, the Calendar Database Wizard displays.

For all other template types, click the New button on the right and a template will be added to the list called "NewItem" (or "NewItem(1)", etc, if it already exists). A new template name can be entered immediately or it can later be renamed.
